My best guess is that this Gram-o-Phone is one of the Canadian Berliners. It is similar to the Canadian Berliner E of 1902, with an oxidized copper arm and hardware. and seven inch turntable.
I have only the case, motor and arm. There is no crank. The spring takes tension, and the motor acts like it will take off once it is cleaned and lubricated.
There is no decal on the case, which should be glued back together. There is a tiny sliver of wood missing near one of the corners (see pictures).
