The Amberola 60 is quite scarce in the United States, although examples have turned up in Great Britain. According to Frow's book The Edison Cylinder Phonograph Companion the date of introduction seems to be around 1926. A double spring Amberola 50/75 mechanism was fitted into an oversize Diamond Disc type case.
