Fifteen and half (15 1/2) inch Reginaphone Regina music box

A great fifteen and a half inch internal horn Reginaphone in a mahogany serpentine case. The Reginaphone was a Regina music box that was a combination phonograph and music box, playing both metal discs and 78rpm records. These late machines, with the very desirable short bedplate, are acoustically the finest machines that Regina ever produced. This example plays quite nice, with very good leads and dampers. The combs have been gently cleaned. The motor is running correctly and smoothly. As usual, the tone arm and turntable have been lost, but it wouldn't be very hard to adapt something to the machine. The serpentine case has been beautifully refinished. Includes ten good discs. $4700
