A great self-playing novelty, the little Tanzbar (dancing bear) Concertina was popular into the 1930s and remains a favorite of collectors today.
I haven't tried playing this example. It appears to be substantially complete, but looks as if it sat in an area with high humidity, and my guess is that the bellows may need some help. There are a few spots of veneer lift or veneer peel (see images) and a few of the false buttons are missing.
The case appears to be the original box, and there are parts of a few rolls sitting in it.
Nice restoration project, lots of fun to demonstrate for your friends when completed.
