The Standard L is another Columbia derivative machine distributed by the Great Northern Manufacturing Company of Chicago. It appears to be identical to the Standard Talking Machine Model H, except that the Standard Model L employs a single spring motor.


Standard Talking Machine Model L
With beaded molding, pillars, and "eyewinker" emblem, the Standard L throws in every design element in the book. A case that appears to be identical is also found as a rear mount Talk-o-phone
